Coastal Wine & Tapas

Serrafin Master Builders recently completed its third project for Coastal Wine & Tapas, a 4,000-square-foot restaurant buildout located in Nocatee, St. Augustine, Florida. This project was delivered through a Design/Build partnership and represents the continued trust and collaboration between the client and Serrafin’s team. The client approached the project with a baseline design already in place, and Serrafin took responsibility for refining and coordinating all aspects of the final design and construction. The work involved transforming a cold, dark shell into a fully functional and inviting dining space complete with a restaurant, kitchen, and bar.

Serrafin’s team worked closely with the client to ensure all goals were met while maintaining open communication and transparency throughout the process. The project was also managed for a repeat landlord, which helped streamline approvals and coordination. Despite a tight budget and an accelerated schedule, Serrafin successfully delivered the project on time and under budget. This achievement reflects the company’s commitment to efficiency, precision, and client satisfaction. Coastal Wine & Tapas now operates in a modern and thoughtfully designed space that enhances the guest experience and supports the client’s continued growth.
